Buyers source for free. Suppliers pay a flat plan by the number of products they keep live; RFQs, quotes and Matches are never charged per deal.
Who can join? Companies with a valid ΑΦΜ and ΓΕΜΗ registration. You register as a buyer or a supplier, submit your company details, and our team verifies them before you can trade.
Do buyers pay anything? No. Plans apply to suppliers only, by the number of live products. There is no commission on quotes or Matches.
Who can open my drawings? Only suppliers invited to your RFQ who sign your NDA. Links expire after 15 minutes, PDFs are watermarked, and every view and download is logged.
When do contact details become visible? When you select an offer and the Match is created. Until then neither side sees the other’s phone, e-mail or address.
Can suppliers see competing quotes? No. Quotes are stored privately and reviewed by our team; buyers compare them without supplier names until they choose.
How are suppliers chosen for my RFQ? Matching scores verified suppliers on category, material, capabilities, certificates, trust score, response rate, distance and past work with you.
What is the trust score? A score out of 100 from nine facts, including verification, certificates, response time, win rate, reviews and completed orders. It updates as the supplier works.
Can I sell surplus stock? Yes, through Power Sale: excess, last stock, overstock, clearance and end-of-line lots, each with a special price and an end date after which it is withdrawn.
What if my plan lapses? You are reminded a week before. After expiry your listings fall back to the Starter limit and the newest above it are paused, never deleted.
How is my account protected? Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app, encrypted files and sessions, and a full audit trail. You can export or delete your data at any time.
After sign-up you add your company’s ΑΦΜ and ΓΕΜΗ details. Our team verifies them, and you can trade as soon as they are confirmed.
